WINE SOCIETY MEMBERSHIP
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
 These terms and conditions apply from the date on which the membership is activated. Members rejoining will do so under the terms and conditions applicable at the time of rejoining.
Membership may be transferred from one member to another only upon approval from the Wine Society. A transfer fee of $50 will be charged.
All members of the Wine Society can be assured that their information will remain the property of the Kimpton Lifestyles Program and will not be sold or shared with any third party unless with the expressed permission from the member.
Members will need to remember their assigned membership number in order to receive ongoing benefits from the Wine Society. If a member forgets the assigned membership number, you may request it by contacting the Wine Society.
Members cannot share this membership number with anyone outside of their immediate family. All privileges and discounts apply only to the member and the immediate family when the member is present to claim the discount or privilege.
Members may request a hold on their monthly shipment of wine and subsequent payment of up to 3 months. This will hold the usual monthly payment also. A $10 fee will be incurred for all requests to hold the monthly shipment of wine. Monthly payments for the Wine Society will resume after the 3 month period. Any amount of time longer than 3 months for a hold will result in a cancellation of membership.
Membership may be cancelled or suspended without refund for any non-compliance with these terms and conditions.
Membership may be cancelled at the request of the member by submitting a letter in writing to the Wine Society: Wine Society, 175 Sutter Street, San Francisco, CA 94133.
Subject to the membership level selected, members will have an automated debit each month from the nominated credit card at the time of joining the Wine Society to cover the monthly membership privileges and shipment of wine. This amount will be in accordance to the amount listed for Vineyard Designate ($175 per month), Private Reserve ($100 per month), or Library Selection ($50 per month).
